F-16 Re-Engineering
Working with Air Force 309th Maintenance Wing, SDL is re-engineering the video display unit for the F-16 aircraft. The deliverable product is a full documentation package that includes schematics, drawings, and maintenance, overhaul, test, and parts breakdown documents.
Depot Assist
Working with the Air Force, SDL is designing and developing hardware test solutions to support depot level aircraft troubleshooting and testing. Through the electrical analysis of existing AF electronic systems, SDL is able to design automated test procedures that examine all elements of the hardware that are critical to proper operation and determine which part or parts are contributing to its failure. SDL is also designing and fabricating the interface test adapters (ITAs) to be used in depot-level testing.
