S-FIVE
Sensor Solid State Storage System
The S-FIVE is a small, lightweight data storage solution with a removable solid state hard drive (SSHD) and integrated processor. For low power and low footprint operations such as UAV systems, the S-FIVE can serve as a full-rate data recorder and networking hub for onboard digital sensor systems.
The S-FIVE measures only 5"W x 5"L x 4.25"H, weighs 2.5 lbs, and consumes 10 watts of power. It features two Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) interfaces and a powerful 405EX processor running at 600MHz that can be leveraged to execute many different tasks. Some of the S-FIVE’s possible functions include:
