New Business Development
Manager hired at SDL
The
Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is pleased to announce that Mr. Cliff Holle
has joined the company as Business Development Manager in the office of Program
Development. As such, he is responsible for a wide range of marketing and
business development activities with SDL's key NASA, Department of Defense
(DoD) and commercial customers.
Mr. Holle comes to SDL
from the Affiliated Research Center (ARC) at the Utah State University (USU)
Research Foundation where he served as ARC/Remote Sensing Program Manager.
Previously, he served as a Program Manager for NASA's Commercial Remote Sensing
Program where he led NASA's hyperspectral remote sensing initiative within
their Earth Observation Commercial Applications Program. He is experienced
in developing and implementing partnering projects and has provided technical
support and management to programs at nine universities, including USU.
A graduate of the University
of Utah with a B.Sc. in Geography, Mr. Holle is an MBA candidate at USU. He
also served in the US Navy where he received extensive electronics and engineering
training.
SDL, a not-for-profit
research corporation owned by Utah State University, has designed, fabricated
and operated over 400 payloads over the past four decades, including space
shuttle experiments, small satellites and satellite-based sensor systems.
Core competencies include infrared and hyperspectral sensor development, data
compression and processing, cryogenic systems, and sensor calibration. SDL
has offices in Logan, UT, Bedford, MA and Washington, DC.
