Workshop proceedings are now available online through the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) MSMC VDL web site. You must register for an account to gain access to the web site. The web site has been created as a one–stop resource to the many efforts within the signature measurements community. You will have access to past EO/IR workshop presentations as well as presentations associated with RCS measurements and material measurements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in working groups and registered users have the ability to post additional information to the site.
