Sponsorship Opportunities

Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available to companies wishing to elevate their visibility during the Conference. Sponsors receive increased exposure through Conference publications, the CALCON website, and on-site recognition. Sponsorship is available regardless of exhibit participation.

We invite you to co-sponsor the Tuesday or Wednesday luncheon or a refreshment break. Lunches and breaks provide an excellent opportunity for Conference participants and vendors to interact in a casual atmosphere. All Conference participants and vendors are invited to participate in these complimentary events.

Luncheon Sponsorship

Sponsorship Fee: $400

Three sponsorships will be accepted for each lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday) and include:

• Logo recognition in the Conference brochure with distribution to over 1,500 individuals from industry, military/government, and academia
• Logo recognition in all on-site Conference publications
• Recognition from the lectern
• Link on the Conference website
• Sponsor-provided promotional materials distributed in participant packets

Refreshment Breaks

Sponsorship Fee: $300

Two sponsorships are available for each day (one morning and one afternoon) and include:

• Logo recognition in all on-site Conference publications
• Logo and company recognition on the refreshment table during sponsored break
• Recognition from the lectern
• Sponsor-provided promotional materials distributed in participant packets
