Registration

Registration is now open

Conference participants are encouraged to take advantage of the early registration discount by registering by August 6, 2008.

The last day for registrations to be accepted by mail or fax is August 19. After that date, please wait and register on–site.

On–site registration will be held on Monday, August 25 from 8:00 to 8:30 am for those attending the Pre–Conference Tutorial. Other conference registrants can register from 12:00 to 1:15 pm on Monday or upon arrival anytime during the week. Registration will be held in the lobby of the Eccles Conference Center on the campus of Utah State University.

Confirmations will be mailed out for registrations received at least seven days prior to the conference. Thereafter, registrants will receive their receipts at registration.

Special US-Only Restricted Session - Security Clearance

Attendees of the US-Only Restricted Session must submit a Verification Form verifying US citizenship or permanent residency. Completed forms must be submitted by August 20, 2008 to:

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made to those registrants who cancel, less a $50 processing fee. A written cancellation request must be received by August 6, 2008. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions will be accepted through the time of on-site registration.

The Utah State University Research Foundation reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.

Dietary Request

Food substitutions can be made for those with special dietary needs. If you or your guest has unique dietary requirements, please provide details on the registration form or attach a separate sheet. It is important that we know in advance (before the conference begins) in order to make the necessary menu adjustments.

Persons with Disabilities
