CALCON: Exhibits
Exhibit Registration
Applications for exhibit space will be accepted beginning March 26, 2012, at 9:00 am MST. No reservations will be accepted prior to this date. Reservations for exhibit space may be made by email only.
Reservations for exhibit space are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors will receive email confirmation and booth assignment approximately 10 days after reservations are processed.
Applicants must submit:
- Exhibitor Registration Form
- Full payment (Visa, Master Card and American Express cards accepted)
- A signature of agreement to abide by the rules and regulations of the show (located on registration form)
- Location preferences
Exhibitors submitting incomplete applications will be contacted and the application will be held for processing until complete information is provided.

Exhibit Space Specifications
Booth space size varies. Please carefully review the dimensions specified in the exhibit layout. Displays must not exceed a maximum height of eight feet. Canopies may not extend more than four feet forward from the back wall. Complete display details are outlined in the exhibitor kit. The Conference Center is fully carpeted.
Exhibit Booth Fees

Booth fees include:
- One draped eight foot table and two chairs.
- Up to two exhibit booth staff name badges (includes meals and refreshment breaks but not access to the technical program).
- One copy of the Conference proceedings CD‐ROM.
- A 150‐word organization description listed on the CALCON Technical Conference website.
- An organization description printed in the Conference Program Brochure distributed to each Conference participant at the time of check-in.
- Access to pre‐registered participant lists.
Telecommunication Services
Telephone and Internet service will be available through show management. These services must be requested prior to the show, either on the Exhibitor Registration Form or by contacting Stephanie Halton at (435) 713–3058 or stephanie.halton@usurf.usu.edu. On-site requests cannot be fulfilled.
Exhibitor Kit
A complete exhibitor kit will be supplied upon completion of registration. Additional information will be provided to the designated exhibit manager. A complete listing of preliminary deadlines and necessary forms will be included to ensure timely preparation for your exhibit.
Cancellation of Booth Space
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by the company’s exhibit manager or authorized representative and faxed directly to show management at (435) 713-3007. For cancellations received by August 2, 2012, exhibit space fees paid will be refunded, less the cost of extended items and a $100 fee. No refunds will be provided after this date. Space may not be sublet. Show management assumes no responsibility for the inclusion or exclusion of the cancelled exhibitor’s name or description of products in the show directory, news releases, advertisements, or other materials. In the event of show cancellation at any time, show management liability is limited to a full refund of exhibitor registration fees.
